WELCOME, Thank you for visiting the Historic Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Mt. Zion is known as “The Friendly Place of Worship and The Place to Be”.

Mt. Zion recently celebrated its 105th Church Anniversary. We are a church that’s dedicated in serving the Lord and spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ. We have ministries to meet the needs of the church membership and community. Come join us as we worship the Lord in spirit and in truth.

The Historic Mount Zion Baptist Church, established in 1919 is prayerfully seeking a full-time pastor to serve as our church and congregation’s spiritual leader.
Qualified applicants must be a licensed and ordained minister and possess, at least some seminary training, including successful completion of Christian education training programs. Additionally, qualified applicants must have pastoral or leadership experience.
